Welcome to our site. By now I'm sure everyone knows that Kim's family weathered the storm and are all safe and sound. In other big news of the fall is that we will be moving to Killeen, TX this spring. Tim will be assigned to the 1st Cavalry Division after NPS. See our California news page for more details. Kim is hard at work trying to find us a home in the area and will be visiting in mid November. |

Our California page is our Web Blog from the land sunshine and great wine. We will periodically post notes and stuff that we find interesting from our adventures on a new coast. |

Our Photos page is dedicated to the life and
times of Darby Brooks. Although you may find a few other photos there,
the majority will be of our little girl and the wonderful changes in her
world.  |

Our Recipes page is a never ending work in progress. This is an attempt by us to let you all see and try some of our favorites. We will add photos as they become available. Beware because none of Tim's deserts are diet friendly and some might even make you a little tipsy. |

Our Links page is where we will try to keep you all in touch with what each other are up to. If you have a personal or unit site that you think would be fun send it to us. All postings remain strictly up to the discretion of the webmaster and after that Kim is the final deciding authority. |
